Theresa (played by Margarete Tiesel) is a nurse who, nearing fifty, has long lost her graceful figure and youthful face; however, she has not lost her right to pursue love. With a desire to be loved, Theresa arrives at the hot and passionate beaches of Kenya, where many young, muscular boys await older women like Theresa, whom they call "sugar mamas." On her birthday, Theresa's friends give her a unique gift—a young man with a perfect body. However, no matter how the women tease and entice him, the young man remains uninterested. Later, Theresa meets a hotel employee and attempts to buy his affection with money, only to be met with his cold rejection. A journey filled with indulgence and desire ultimately leaves Theresa with only frustration and disappointment.
