By chance, a laundry worker named Mura (Prateik Babbar) meets a woman named Shah (Monica Dogra). After learning that Shah is a photography enthusiast, Mura, who is determined to become a movie actor, asks Shah to take portraits of him. In return, he promises to show her the sights and beauty of Mumbai. As time passes, Mura develops deeper feelings for the kind-hearted Shah. In Shah's heart, the painter Alan (Aamir Khan) occupies an important place, even though they have drifted apart. In a rented apartment, Alan accidentally discovers a strange videotape featuring a beautiful woman named Yousmin (Kriti Malhotra). In this vast city, three lonely souls are about to untangle their inner struggles through these videotapes, while the woman in the tapes, where is she now?
