The story begins in August 1976, when young Fergus meets his lifelong best friend, Frankie. A deep and genuine friendship develops between the two innocent boys. As they grow up, they both join the British special elite forces to serve their country. As time passes, it’s now 2004. After resigning, Fergus and Frankie decide to go to Baghdad to form their own security team. However, in an unfortunate accident, Frankie loses his life. Fergus is reluctant to believe the ambiguous and flawed report provided by the police, so he decides to investigate the truth behind his friend's death on his own. The only person supporting and helping Fergus is Frankie's girlfriend, Rachel. As they search for evidence and get closer to the truth, a beautiful relationship develops between them.
