The hybrid woman Eve (played by Natasha Henstridge) causes immense chaos; her death does not mark an end, but rather the beginning of a new nightmare. Just before her death, she gives birth to a baby, whom Dr. Abbott (played by Robert Knepper), a microbiologist, risks his life to save. The baby, named Sarah (played by Sunny Mabrey), grows rapidly, averaging six inches in height each day, and possesses genes that are even more advanced than those of Ben and Eve. Dr. Abbott dedicates himself to uncovering the secrets of Sarah's genes, enlisting the help of student Dean (played by Robin Dunne) in his work, hoping to win a Nobel Prize through this research. However, this is destined to be a dangerous experiment, as Sarah’s instincts inevitably awaken, leading to new crises... The film won the 2005 DVD Exclusive Award for Best Cinematography.
