The story takes place on Halloween night. Tara (Jenna Kanell) and Dawn (Catherine Corcoran) leave a party drunkenly and walk down the chilly streets, intending to get some food at a pizza place. A man dressed as a clown follows them into the shop. Although the clown looks terrifying, his personality seems quite cute, except for the fact that he makes a huge mess of the store's bathroom, infuriating the owner. Afterward, Tara and Dawn leave the shop. Tara goes into an apartment to use the bathroom while Dawn waits outside. The clown appears behind her again, and this time, he has more than just making her laugh in mind. The clown knocks Tara out, and when she awakens, she finds herself staring at Dawn, who is hanging upside down, and the clown holding a chainsaw nearby.
