Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) has gone missing along with his new apprentice Amanda, and the police are searching everywhere, the city is filled with gloom. One night, Dr. Lynn Denlon (Bahar Soomekh), who has just finished her night shift, is violently kidnapped. Terrified, she wakes up to find herself bound in an abandoned house, alongside another unfortunate victim, Jeff (Angus Macfadyen). At this moment, Jigsaw lies sick in bed, on the brink of death, and Lynn is informed that unless she can keep this madman alive until the deadly game is completed, both she and Jeff will undoubtedly die!
