In West Berlin, a newly opened cinema is handing out movie tickets to attract viewers. The cinema's premiere is a horror film titled "The Devil." Young girl Cheryl (played by Natasha Hovey) is quite interested in the film and invites her friend Kathy (played by Paola Cozzo) to skip school and go to the cinema together. On their way, they encounter another group of young people, one of whom puts on a promotional mask for the film but accidentally cuts her skin. This unfortunate accident leads to an irreversible disaster, as the woman transforms into a terrifying demon with green skin, and anyone scratched or bitten by her undergoes the same transformation. Panic ensues as people flee, and terror spreads rapidly. How will Cheryl and her friends escape this nightmare?
