Due to various reasons related to her career and personal life, female doctor Francesca (played by Ana Torrent) is experiencing tremendous mental distress, a situation that becomes particularly evident after she gives birth to a baby boy. Francesca's condition causes concern for her husband Pedro (played by Francisco Boira), who asks his friend Jane (played by Rocío Muñoz), a fellow psychologist, to help his wife. Following Jane's advice, they move away from their previous living environment and purchase a large house that once belonged to a Catholic school. However, the new environment does not alleviate Francesca's panic; rather, her symptoms intensify. She seems to see filthy little girls lingering around the house, and various bizarre sounds and phenomena leave her in constant fear. Since she cannot gain her husband's trust, Francesca can only seek help from Father Miguel (played by Héctor Colomé) to uncover all the secrets about this house...
