The story takes place in early 20th century Mexico, where the notorious outlaw Johnny (Marco Leonardi) embarks on a journey of escape with his girlfriend Esmeralda (Ara Celi), closely pursued by Esmeralda's father, the executioner (Temuera Morrison), a police officer. The group eventually arrives at the Devil's Hotel, located in the vast desert, where a great battle is about to unfold. However, to everyone's surprise, the first shot is not fired by Johnny or the executioner, but by a seductive beauty. This woman's true identity is a vampire who has lurked for a thousand years and can no longer endure her thirst; she intends to wreak havoc here.
