In this story, little Ryan (Jesse James) is extremely afraid of dark places, while his brother Dale (Kevin Zegers) doesn't care and thinks Ryan is just seeking attention. However, one night, when their parents go to a party and won’t be back until late, Dale promises to take care of his younger brother Ryan at home. Just then, a storm suddenly hits, causing a power outage. Ryan begins to feel the horror of the night and the presence of demons, leading to a series of terrifying events.
