Ling Jing (played by Huang Xiaoming) has been the top marksman in the Hong Kong police sniper team for four consecutive years, receiving high praise from his superiors and teammates. However, his inflated self-esteem leads him to avoid interactions with others, and his only happiness comes from the company of his wife. During a raid on a gang, Ling Jing accidentally kills a hostage - the only son of the city's richest man. The wealthy businessman continually pressures the police, and Ling Jing is ultimately sentenced to four years in prison for manslaughter. After Ling Jing's departure, the previously second-ranked Ke Ming (played by Ren Xianqi) becomes the strongest, having testified falsely that led to Ling Jing's imprisonment. Ling Jing swears to take revenge on the police force that betrayed him and on Ke Ming. O Zai (played by Chen Guanzhi) is a top student at the police academy with exceptional marksmanship, quickly recruited by Ke Ming to join the Hong Kong police sniper team. Curious about Ling Jing's story, he encounters him by chance and becomes friends after receiving guidance from him. Ling Jing frequently provokes the police force, leading the entire sniper team to mobilize to capture him. Ling Jing fights fiercely against the police. Unexpectedly, Ke Ming uses himself as bait, and with O Zai's assistance, Ling Jing inadvertently reveals his position. In the end, who will emerge victorious? Will Ling Jing find the justice he deserves?
