Xiao Bei (Jackie Chan), a fitness equipment store clerk who has trained in martial arts since childhood, possesses a peculiar ability for foresight and dreams of becoming a spy. Using his intuition and skills, Xiao Bei apprehends a bank robber on the spot, becoming a media sensation and attracting the attention of a private detective who suspects he may be the long-lost son of his Korean client, Park Won-jung. The detective decides to take him to meet Park's lawyer. Driven by curiosity, Xiao Bei follows the lawyer to Korea to uncover his origins, only to meet Park Won-jung, who passes away shortly after. From a journalist named Fu Xi (Kim Min), Xiao Bei learns that the Park couple was famous double agents. Following Park Won-jung's last wishes, Xiao Bei, with Fu Xi's help, travels to Turkey to find a fortune and encounters a mysterious woman named Yong (Shu Qi). In a moment of glee, Xiao Bei begins to face a series of inexplicable attacks, realizing that danger has been lurking around him all along.
