Wu Bi (played by Sammo Hung) is a henchman at a detective agency in Barcelona. One day, his agency receives a big job: a client hires them to find a woman named Goliath and her daughter Shwei Ya within 14 days. Since the agency's president is out hiding from debts, and Wu Bi doesn't want to lose this business opportunity, he recruits local fast food truck operator Thomas (played by Jackie Chan) and David (played by Yuen Biao) to assist in the investigation. Through their investigation, they discover that Goliath is actually the daughter of a wealthy local count who has passed away. If they can't find her or her daughter, a huge inheritance will fall into the hands of her scheming cousin, who is their clandestine employer! Thus, a heroic rescue mission unfolds!
