"The House of Strange" is a supernatural mini-series produced by BBC.Ch4, written by renowned writer Mark Gatiss. Plot Summary: History teacher Ben (played by Lee Ingleby) discovers an oddly shaped door knocker in his garden and brings it to the museum curator (written by Mark Gatiss). Upon examination, the curator identifies it as the door knocker from the now-defunct Kipp Manor's front door. Historically, Kipp Manor has deep connections to witchcraft. Its builder was never able to have children, and successive owners met strange and tragic fates, giving the manor a reputation for mystery and evil... What stories have unfolded here? And what fate awaits Ben because of this door knocker?
