In a small American town called High Mountain Lake, a piercing siren breaks the tranquil night. Sheriff Meredith Hernandez (Sara Malakul Lane) apprehends the fugitive Clint Gray (Dolph Lundgren) and subsequently adopts his young daughter, Carly (Lily Brooks O'Briant).
