After years of adventure, Riva returns to his hometown, Kinshasa, with ambition and charm. There's a gas shortage here, and Riva, along with his partners, manages to secure a large sum of money—an opportunity for big profits right in front of them. However, they are not the only ones interested in this business. The entire story unfolds in a modern world where energy is increasingly depleting... Riva (played by Patsha Bay) is a businessman accustomed to quick money schemes. This is his first return to his hometown of Kinshasa after more than ten years, and his sole purpose this time is to profit from stolen gasoline. With a large sum of cash, Riva only wants to have fun and pass the time. Soon, he meets the beautiful Nora (played by Manie Malone) at a nightclub; she is the mistress of a local gang leader, and they quickly become lost in the pleasures of their affair. Also caught up in this chaos is Riva's former boss, a criminal from Angola, who is incredibly furious about the stolen gasoline he just loaded onto a ship. He vows to reclaim this valuable cargo and make the person daring enough to pull tricks under his nose pay a painful lifelong price.
