Under the arrangement of the police, undercover agent Ah Jian successfully infiltrates a criminal organization. The gang leader, Fat Uncle, remains suspicious of Ah Jian's identity and repeatedly tests him, but Ah Jian manages to avoid danger. During a conflict between the four major crime families in Hong Kong in Kowloon Bay, Ah Jian saves Fat Uncle's life, and from then on, Fat Uncle believes in Ah Jian.
