Under the arrangement of the police, undercover agent Ah Jian successfully infiltrates a criminal organization. The gang leader, Fat Uncle, remains suspicious of Ah Jian's identity and repeatedly tests him, but Ah Jian manages to avoid danger. During a conflict between the four major crime families in Hong Kong in Kowloon Bay, Ah Jian saves Fat Uncle's life, and from then on, Fat Uncle believes in Ah Jian. Fat Uncle's plan to rob a gold store fails, and he takes his anger out on Kuang Zai, one of the four crime families that previously pursued him, preparing to take revenge. In order to prevent a larger bloodshed, Ah Jian relays the information back to the police, but it's still too late. Fat Uncle's son encounters Ah Jiao, unaware that she is Ah Jian's sister, and Ah Jiao is assaulted and recorded on video. Ignoring the captain's advice, Ah Jian kills Fat Uncle's son, but unfortunately, his identity is exposed. Unable to capture Ah Jian, in a fit of rage, Fat Uncle kills Ah Jian’s entire family.
