Americans Jack (played by John Edward Lee) and Brit Sam (played by Bryon Gibson) are two expats living in Thailand and are best friends. One day, they decide to rob a small bank in Cambodia, only to discover that they are stealing the gangster boss Harlan Kelly's (played by Steven Seagal) dirty money. Meanwhile, his subordinate Neron (played by Sahajak Boonthanakit) attempts a takeover and uses this situation to control Jack, forcing him to work for him. To protect his girlfriend Avalon (played by Pim Bubear), Jack has no choice but to comply. Later, Sam and Jack are exposed, Sam is shot, and Jack kills Neron, embarking on a journey of escape with Avalon.
