James Silva, a CIA agent stationed in Indonesia, has struggled with manic episodes since childhood, yet he is one of the top agents. His precision operations team is no longer under the control of any country once they receive their mission. Just as Silva's team grapples with the whereabouts of radioactive nuclear weapons, local officer Linur, who is also a crucial witness for the team, suddenly appears and reveals the location of the nuclear weapons.
