A seventy-year-old mansion in Hong Kong's Mid-Levels, inhabited by the owner Miss Cheung (丁珮) and her partner Bing Shao (陳百祥), along with other tenants such as Taxi Fai (劉家輝), Kwsai Piao (盧大偉), Da Lian (李殿朗), Uncle Po (劉克宣), PC Keung (詹森), and Dr. Lung (谷峰), who come from all walks of life with various backgrounds and professions, living under one roof, leading to inevitable disputes. Real estate developer Young Master Cheng (曹查理) acquires the mansion through his consultant (羅國維), and seeing money, Bing Shao begins a series of eviction and counter-eviction actions, filled with laughter and tears. Ultimately, the acquisition plan fails, and all tenants are relocated by the government to a new housing village.
