In this episode, the brave detective Chan Ka-Kui (Jackie Chan) travels to the mainland to infiltrate an international arms and drug smuggling organization by posing as a prisoner. With the help of the beautiful police officer Yang Jianhua (Michelle Yeoh), Ka-Kui successfully approaches the imprisoned group member Bao Qiang (Yuan Hua). Bao Qiang takes Ka-Kui as his trusted confidant and plans a prison break with him. To play the long game, Ka-Kui readily agrees. After their escape, Bao Qiang insists they hide out in the hometown Ka-Kui has fabricated. Thanks to Yang Jianhua's prior arrangements, they avoid raising suspicions. Yang Jianhua claims to be Ka-Kui's sister and travels with them. They arrive in Hong Kong and meet the group's leader, Cai Ba, and successfully integrate into the organization. Cai Ba, along with his men, heads to Kuala Lumpur to rescue his kidnapped wife, where they encounter Ka-Kui's girlfriend Ah Mei (Maggie Cheung). Unaware that Ka-Kui is on a mission, Ah Mei suspects him of having an affair with Yang Jianhua. Ah Mei's actions spark suspicion among the group members, leading to an explosive confrontation!
