Dick, Gaochao, and Jacky serve in the Cyprus police force and have a falling out with Mr. King during an operation to crack a counterfeit currency case. Mr. King sets a trap, leading to the suspension of Dick and Gaochao. Dick then returns to Hong Kong to visit his ex-wife and son. Mr. King sends people to assassinate Dick and frames Gaochao to get him imprisoned, while Jacky is bought off. After learning that his two friends are in danger, Dick rushes back to Cyprus to rescue Gaochao from prison and they join forces to investigate the case. Mr. King is relentless, forcing Jacky to steal back the counterfeit plates. However, Jacky gives Mr. King fake plates while hiding the real ones in Dick's home. Upon discovering this, Dick decides to use a bomb-laden plate to lure Mr. King into handing over one of the criminals, but during the exchange, Jacky is taken out, leading to a series of shootouts.
