In the delivery room, TV reporter Zeng Yutong (played by Zuo Xiaoqing) is preparing to interview pregnant woman Wu Jing, who decides to give birth despite knowing that her fetus may have congenital diseases. This decision leaves Yutong puzzled, as she believes it is unfair to the baby. After the birth, mother and child are safe, and as news comes in, Yutong gradually understands the couple. Yutong's boyfriend, Zhi Xuan (played by Wu Qilong), is a manager at an international company and is very busy with work. They are both orphans; Zhi Xuan lost his parents at a young age, while she was raised by Grandma Zeng (played by Ye Tong). Due to her age and fatigue, Grandma Zeng falls ill and is hospitalized, prompting Yutong to rush to meet her boyfriend. The taxi driver she rides with (played by Fan Wei) has a child with autism, and during their father-son conversation, Yutong is lost in memories. Accompanied by Zhi Xuan, Yutong visits the bedridden Grandma Zeng and unexpectedly receives two train tickets from her. Grandma Zeng speculates that these are proof left by Yutong's birth parents, and Yutong sets out with Zhi Xuan on a quest to find her relatives...
