Disgraced New York detective Andre Davis (Chadwick Boseman) is unexpectedly appointed to hunt down the killer in a major drug-related murder case. In this shocking case, eight police officers have been brutally murdered. To capture the killer as quickly as possible, Davis initiates the first full lockdown in Manhattan's history, shutting down all 21 bridges connecting the island to the outside world. However, the lockdown lasts only four hours, and Davis must catch the killer before dawn! During the intense pursuit, Davis discovers that the killer is also being hunted, and a massive conspiracy may lie behind this case. He must find the killer and uncover the truth before everything spirals out of control.
