Special police detective Ah Jie is the nemesis of crime, but his sister dies from soft drugs. In his sorrow, Ah Jie decides to transfer to the Huan Tou Police Station to fight drug traffickers and eliminate the drug crisis. During this time, he develops an unresolved feud with drug lord Ah Long. However, during a mission, Ah Jie inadvertently saves Long's sister, Ah Min, who is a victim of soft drugs. Jie helps Min break free from the criminal life and start anew. Min develops feelings for Jie and follows his advice to reform. As the two spend time together, their feelings grow. Long becomes furious and tries to tear them apart, but after failing and suffering losses in his business due to Jie, Long, in desperation, uses Min's life to frame Jie. Nonetheless, justice prevails over evil as Jie, using his skills as a special police officer, brings Long to justice and saves Min, allowing them to resume their relationship.
