Martin Behrens works for the German Federal Intelligence Service. One day, he receives information from one of his contacts, leading a drone to target a terrorist wanted by the Zahiristan government. A few days later, the terrorist attacks a restaurant in Munich in retaliation for the drone strike, and Martin's life quickly spirals out of control. He tries to find out who is responsible for the attack and learns that the answer lies uncomfortably close to home.
