On a crowded tram, office worker Nami (played by Choi Yu-jeong) accidentally loses her phone, and a man (played by Shin Ha-kyun) secretly picks it up from behind her, with no intention of returning it. After realizing her phone is missing, Nami quickly calls her own number, but the man uses voice modulation software to disguise himself as a woman while speaking to her. Following this, unable to unlock the phone's passcode, the man intentionally damages the screen and installs listening devices and malware, pretending to return the phone to Nami, and thus begins to spy on her life. The man secretly notes the girl’s daily habits and maliciously logs into her accounts.
