Bi Peter (played by Ray Yu Yeung) is unemployed due to the recession in the film industry and has to move to the suburbs with his mother Long Di (played by Roland), younger brother Bi Ji, and girlfriend A Si. Upon arriving, Bi Peter discovers that although the location is remote, the spacious rental house offers a great view, and he has a beautiful neighbor, Ah Jie (played by Chen Songling). After the family settles in, Bi Peter encounters a series of strange events that lead him to suspect that there is something eerie about the large house filled with yellow talismans. One night, he shockingly sees Ah Jie's ghostly side, only to realize after waking up that it was just a dream. However, Ah Jie often appears out of nowhere and has peculiar behaviors in front of unfamiliar boys, suggesting she holds a hidden secret. Struggling to find a job and encountering Ah Jie's strange behavior again, Bi Peter begins to investigate her origins...
