This film is based on real historical events. In 1971, Michael X, the leader of a black radical organization, was charged with drug trafficking but was released after threatening officials with private photos of Princess Margaret, a member of the British royal family, which he obtained a year earlier. Tim (played by Richard Lintern), an agent from MI5, was tasked with retrieving this collection of photos stored in a London bank. Tim recruited drug dealer Martine (played by Saffron Burrows) and coerced her into robbing the bank to obtain the photos for himself. Martine quickly formed a plan with a group led by Terry (played by Jason Statham), consisting of several semi-professional criminals and newcomers, to dig a tunnel and loot the vault. Terry and the others successfully raided the vault, but the stolen goods left them uneasy: private photos involving royal family members, ledgers of bankers bribing officials, and the sordid hobbies of high-ranking officials... Due to a radio enthusiast who unintentionally overheard their conversations during the crime, this case caused a major uproar. Terry and his team found themselves at the center of a struggle for power among various forces, and he could only desperately maneuver with the evidence in his hands...
