One day, as usual, Zali (played by Anahita Ne'mati) immersed herself in her orderly work and life when suddenly a severe abdominal pain struck her, forcing her to drop everything and go to the hospital. According to the doctor's diagnosis, Zali had appendicitis and needed an appendectomy, but coincidentally, Zali's health insurance card had expired, which meant that if she went through with the surgery now, she would incur many additional costs. Zali had a clever idea and borrowed her friend Leila's health insurance card to undergo surgery in Leila's name; on the medical records, it was Leila who had her appendix removed, not Zali. However, this action raised suspicions among the medical staff, and to avoid being found out, Zali and Leila temporarily swapped identities.
