As the brick factory became increasingly prosperous, every worker's salary increased, leading to cheers from everyone. At this moment, a young man with a scruffy beard, carrying a worn-out bag, approached from a distance—he was Li Fu, Liu Yue's husband. Li Fu had gone to the city to seek his fortune two years ago and returned empty-handed. Amidst the noise, Yu Xiu's bathhouse opened, and she warmly welcomed guests. Yu Xiu was once Li Fu's lover, but she married a wealthy city man out of disdain for Li Fu's poverty. Unfortunately, her husband passed away too early, and she returned to the small town. Li Fu didn't want Yu Xiu to see him in his disheveled state and hurriedly tried to evade her, but Yu Xiu had already seen everything. The whole town knew about Li Fu and Yu Xiu's affair, except for Liu Yue, who was oblivious. The meddlesome Aunt La revealed the truth to Liu Yue, who was heartbroken. She prepared a lavish farewell dinner for Li Fu, labeled as "the last supper," and then left resolutely. At that moment, people were dissatisfied with Yu Xiu's actions, and her bathhouse business plummeted. A drunken Li Fu barged in to propose to Yu Xiu, but she calmly rejected him. Da Shun and Chun Ying held their wedding in the town, toasting Liu Yue, who feigned a smile. Li Fu arrived, took the wine cup from Da Shun, and downed it in Liu Yue's stead. Li Fu and Liu Yue gazed at each other for a long time...
