As a political pawn, Navy intelligence officer Jordan O'Neil (Demi Moore) becomes the first woman in U.S. history to undergo training with the elite Navy SEALs. This achievement helps Senator DeHaven (Anne Bancroft), who has long advocated for gender equality, gain numerous votes. However, the power-hungry DeHaven is indifferent to O'Neil's personal experiences and struggles, as she knows O'Neil is unlikely to survive the brutal and intimidating training of the special forces. Surprisingly, O'Neil not only excels in her training but also stands a chance to officially join the SEALs after the final examination. At this critical moment, DeHaven resorts to underhanded tactics, falsely accusing O'Neil of being a lesbian to expel her from the team. With the help of friends, O'Neil exposes DeHaven's scheme and proves her competence during a mission, earning the respect of her peers.
