Lao Hong (played by Liu Wei) is the captain of the Flying Tigers, leading his deputy captain Wang Qiang (played by Li Xuejian) and team member Peng Liang (played by Chang Rong) as they infiltrate the Zhengtai International Trading Company to assassinate the Japanese manager. Gangcun is the captain of the Japanese spy team, and the news of the assassination enrages him, leading him to kill dozens of innocent porters to vent his anger. Lao Hong learns that the newly appointed manager, General Yamaguchi, is on his way, and under the guidance of the political commissar, he kills him. He then goes on to kill Gangcun, avenging the brutally murdered Chinese people, significantly striking a blow to the enemy’s arrogance. The new spy team leader Matsuo, a cruel and heartless man, enlists the help of spy Qin Xiong (played by Li Youbin) to devise a scheme aimed at capturing all the members of the Flying Tigers. Furthermore, Matsuo kidnaps Lao Hong's wife, Fang Lin Sao (played by Chen Xiaoyi), in an attempt to use her to eliminate Lao Hong once and for all.
