The British government sends Agent 007, James Bond (played by Sean Connery), to the Caribbean to investigate the murder of a secret agent. After several investigations, Bond deduces that the victim is likely connected to Dr. No on Crab Key Island. Dr. No is conducting a secretive and sinister plan on this mysterious island, working feverishly on a scientific experiment that aims to conquer the world. A battle of wits ensues, with Dr. No dispatching female spies to monitor Bond's every move and attempt to subdue him, but he ultimately sees through their schemes. Fisherman Quarrel and diver Honey Ryder (played by Ursula Andress) become Bond's able allies; however, Dr. No is well-prepared for Bond's mission, and Bond along with his beautiful helper finds themselves in dire straits. Just as it seems Bond is doomed to perish on the deserted island, a stunning twist of fate occurs.
