During the late Song Dynasty, Mongols sought to dominate the Central Plain and sent a skilled general to Shaolin Temple to spy on whether it was involved with rebellious forces. After confirming with the abbot that they did not participate in political matters, the general left. Later, a young man was injured while attempting to steal the commander’s seal of the Yuan army and fled to Shaolin Temple to escape pursuit. The Yuan army, upon discovering his whereabouts, launched a massive manhunt. The young man shaved his head to become a monk and met a drunken mad monk in Shaolin Temple, learning impressive martial arts from him. When the Yuan army took over Shaolin Temple, he showcased his skills and killed the Yuan general.
