27 years ago, Mumbai was plunged into an epidemic of drug abuse. Drug lord Harry not only framed and set fire to kill 17 Borivali police officers but also ruined the police's reputation. To restore the image of the police force, the central government dispatched Aditya (played by Rajinikanth) as the police commissioner of Mumbai. Upon taking office, Aditya restructured the police force through tough measures, cracking down on criminal organizations and the trafficking of women and children. He cleverly arranged for the Thai police to arrest drug lord Vinod's son, forcing the drug lord to kill his own son. In reality, the deceased son was not Vinod's biological child, but Harry's son.
