Ah Chung (played by Anthony Wong) has always wanted to be a police officer since he was young. However, due to his poor eyesight, he cannot meet the requirements of the police department. Reluctantly, he becomes a traffic warden. By chance, Ah Chung reunites with his former friend Johnny (played by Lam Bo Yi), who has now become a responsible detective, making Ah Chung feel envious.
