On the night the US and Russia sign a trade agreement, an important figure is assassinated, and special forces sniper Brandon Beckett (played by Chad Michael Collins) becomes the prime suspect. After a narrow escape, Brandon realizes that the incident may involve a dark conspiracy within the government, so he seeks out his only trustworthy ally—his father, "Two Sniper" Thomas Beckett (played by Tom Berenger). The father-son duo joins forces once again, but this time, they face not only the pursuit of the CIA and Russian mercenaries but also a Japanese Yakuza assassin known as "Miss Death" (played by Sayaka Akimoto), who possesses sniping skills that rival those of the two legendary snipers… This is the eighth installment in the "Sniper" series.
