Zhang Jiale (played by Wu Wenchao) is a wealthy young master born with a golden spoon, living a privileged life without ever facing hardship. After studying abroad, he returns to his hometown, but frequent intense arguments arise between him and his father due to their differing views on the future. The poor parent-child relationship leads Zhang Jiale to gradually abandon his dreams, sinking into despair day by day. In desperation, his father decides to send him to a remote mountainous primary school to volunteer, hoping he can find meaning in life again through this experience. Thus, Zhang Jiale leaves the bustling city filled with everything to arrive in a secluded and poor mountainous area, where he meets a little girl named Xiaoyulian (played by Yan Dantong). The mountain songs sung by Xiaoyulian remind Zhang Jiale of what is truly important in his life.
