The story revolves around a pair of super-powered siblings. Their names are Tony and Jandia, and they possess astonishing superpowers. One day, the two children travel to Earth in a flying saucer from Witch Mountain, ready for a relaxing vacation. However, their holiday is abruptly interrupted by an unexpected incident. The older brother Tony is kidnapped by an ambitious scientist and subjected to mind and action control.
