The story follows a human boy named Mowgli, raised by a pack of wolves in the Indian jungle. Under the guardianship of Baloo the bear and Bagheera the black panther, Mowgli learns the harsh laws of the jungle and is eventually accepted by the animals and becomes one of them. Nevertheless, he must face the terrifying tiger Shere Khan, and his human identity poses a great threat lurking in the forest.
