Rich young man He Tao (played by Liu Jiahui) has practiced martial arts since childhood. Recently, he has been pressured by his father to marry his childhood betrothed, who has returned from Japan. Reluctantly, He Tao agrees after seeing the beauty of his wife, Gongzi (played by Mizuno Yuka). However, Gongzi is skilled in Japanese martial arts, and her daily training leads to rumors at home of "He Tao beating his wife."
