The St. Muron Private Hospital has a few Commonwealth intern doctors who turn things upside down. Rob Paul, Falkland, Jin Ziwen (played by Wen Zhun), and Li Yuwen (played by Zhang Jianting) are under the care of Dr. Chen (played by Chen You) and spend all day neglecting their duties. The Health Department receives complaints from patients and goes to St. Muron to investigate the doctors' competence and facilities. The hospital director comes up with a strategy and appoints head nurse Gu Linda (played by Lin Jianming) to oversee the reform. Gu Linda promptly recruits a large number of new nurses, including Fang Xiaomin and others who eagerly enter the nursing positions. Well aware of the methods of the intern doctors, Gu Linda also brings in a male nurse, A Dan (played by Zheng Danrui), to protect the nurses from harassment by the intern doctors. However, Rob Paul and others are not willing to let it go easily. A group of young people causes a series of humorous incidents inside and outside the hospital.
