The weary-looking female writer Lu Yun (played by He Chaoyi) is exhausted from writing her latest novel. She finds that her memory is deteriorating and often relies on medication to stabilize her mental state. Recently, Lu Yun's condition seems to have worsened as she is frequently troubled by a bizarre nightmare, pushing her to the brink of collapse.
