A year ago, Sergeant Joseph Smith (played by Jason Statham), a member of a special forces unit, experienced unimaginable bloodshed on the battlefield in Afghanistan. Due to a certain incident, he was charged by a military court and diagnosed with explosive stress disorder. Afterward, Joseph escaped from the hospital and struggled to survive among the homeless. He took on the alias Joey and teamed up with a girl named Isabel (played by Victoria Bewick). After being attacked by criminals, in a state of panic, Joey accidentally stumbled into an unoccupied room, where the owner was away on business in the U.S., allowing him to freely use everything in the owner's possessions.
