Leo (played by Channing Tatum) and Paige (played by Rachel McAdams) are a loving couple. One cold winter day, an accident causes Paige to lose her memory, and when she wakes up, she forgets the man she once loved, Leo. Leo, who equally loves Paige, is unwilling to give up and tries various methods to help restore her memory. He first persuades Paige's parents to let her continue living with him. At the same time, he uses various details to help her remember—such as their first meeting, their favorite restaurant, and her artistic creations. However, the amnesiac Paige has also lost her creative inspiration and is preparing to return to studying law as she did before. Worse still, Paige seems to be ready to return to her ex-boyfriend Jeremy (played by Scott Speedman). After several setbacks, Leo appears to see no glimmer of hope for Paige to fall in love with him again. Will the story lead to a tragic ending? Will Paige give up on art to study law, which she doesn't like at all, just like before she met Leo? On another cold winter night, the chance encounter between Leo and Paige will reveal the answer. The film is based on a true story.
