Marina (Cecilia Suárez) is a factory worker who works a 9-to-5 job, living a calm and uneventful life. Occasionally, she feels a touch of loneliness, but this sense of melancholy is quickly cast aside by her repetitive work. By chance, Marina wins a drawing for a beachfront vacation for two, which leads her to ponder who she should invite to join her. Later, in a café, Marina encounters a man named Víctor (Enrique Arreola), who claims to be a classmate from her high school. Though Marina doesn’t have a deep impression of him, they start dating. When the time feels right, Marina invites Víctor to go on the beach trip with her, and he gladly agrees.
