Russian businessman Sergey, who was running business along the Sino-Soviet border, not only got lost, but his truck also got stuck in a mud pit. In his confusion, he climbed to the top of a mountain seeking help, only to see the bodies of Mongolians undergoing sky burial. In his shock, he ran into the Mongolian herdsman Gengba. The simple and warm-hearted Gengba invited Sergey to his home, where he sacrificed a sheep and hosted a feast, helping him solve the truck problem as well. Gengba, his wife, and their three children lived a traditional nomadic life like their ancestors, which made Sergey reminisce about his family far away in his hometown. Soon, Sergey was taken away by the police after causing a disturbance in a city nightclub, and Gengba had to ask relatives to bail him out. In the end, these two men from different ethnicities, with language barriers and vastly different lifestyles, became good friends. Gengba also had his own worries; his wife had already given birth to three children, and the doctor advised her not to have more, which distressed Gengba. Due to this, he hadn't slept with his wife for several months. One night, his city-bred wife told Gengba about a thing called condoms that could solve this problem and asked him to bring back a few when he went to buy a color TV in the city. In the pharmacy in the city, Gengba felt extremely embarrassed and ultimately walked away with a smile. On the way home, after enjoying canned food and drinks from the city, he dreamed of his ancestors—Genghis Khan...
