High school student Meng Kerou (played by Gwei Lun-mei) and Lin Yuezhen (played by Liang Shuhui) are best friends who share everything. Yuezhen tells Kerou that she has a crush on a boy named Zhang Shihao (played by Chen Bo-lin), and often asks Kerou to help her get close to Zhang Shihao, to help her get to know him, and to help pass love letters. Unexpectedly, Zhang Shihao thinks that it is Meng Kerou who likes him, so he often uses excuses to get closer to her and spends time with her. The matter of passing love letters is made public, revealing that Lin Yuezhen has been writing to Zhang Shihao under Meng Kerou's name, which makes Meng Kerou very angry and leads to a rift in their relationship. On the other hand, Meng Kerou is very reluctant to admit that she is in a romantic relationship with Zhang Shihao, but he has deeply fallen for her. Meng Kerou wants to kiss a boy because she realizes that the person she truly likes is someone else.
