The heavy rain replaces the silence of the crowd, and the shock and anger in the air swirl like eagles in the mansion's hall, waiting for the long-absent master, Paul. With a high-paying job, a beautiful wife, and adorable children, he has committed the forbidden sin of love and is blocked from his perfect life. His family and church decide to heal him and save him in God's name. Inside the church, the booming prayers constantly pour into Paul's ears, and the murmured words create tremors that shatter his spirit, forming a fractured belief held together by fear. From cheating to coming out, falling in love with someone he shouldn't in the eyes of society. Paul moves in with his new lover into a new apartment, starting a life of freedom, but his heart has never felt at home. His love is viewed as a sin and a disease, facing opposition and condemnation from all sides; he is tormented by the one he loves, painfully wandering between hurt and happiness. "I want to understand how an educated person ultimately finds himself trapped in the prison of his own heart. How do religious environments, political oppression, and traditional families oppress a man’s same-sex love?" ─ Gay Rob Bustamante
